We have had four claims- water damage from indoor plumbing incident, roof damage from a hail storm, an at fault vehicle damage, and a not at fault totaled vehicle. Each time, Vincent and his team have been immediately responsive, kind and professional. And the policy rates were not increased as a result of these claims. Pam is a true gem and has, other than Vincent himself, essentially been the face of the agency.
