ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Vincent Boone - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Property/Casualty license (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred)
Remote Position Must reside in North Carolina
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
